Dead battery leaving work tonight meant I got to hang out at PepBoys tonight. Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee made me laugh. If you're not satisfied with the work, they fix it for free. Used to say or refund the cost but apparently that didn't work out so well for them so they taped over it.
